Chapter Meeting at Golden Corral

   The Collins Dispatch
 was awarded second place in the Carl Bessent competition for multi-page newsletters again in 2009!

Patriotism Week Presentations were made to two high schools the week of Aug 24.
Find out how you can be involved in this worthwhile effort in 2010.

It is estimated that during the six years of this program, presented in 24 schools, approximately 21,600 students have been reached.

The American Planning Association has selected West Main Street, Louisville, as one of the Ten Great Streets in America. This is where the NSSAR Center for Advancing America's Heritage is being developed. Read more in the Louisville Courier-Journal Online.

Donations from members are needed to complete this new facility which will be the home base for educational outreach.  The library portion of the building will be dedicated in September.

Naming opportunities are available. Memorialize yourself or a loved one at the Center for Advancing America's Heritage.
